1

Start with 400 grams of chicken breast, which is a lean source of protein, and cut it into thin slices.

2

Add 1 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste to the chicken.

3

Sprinkle in 1/4 teaspoon of curry powder, 1/2 teaspoon of Kashmiri red chili powder, and 1/4 teaspoon of crushed black pepper.

4

Mix the spices well with the chicken and let it marinate for a while.

5

For the gravy, prepare 2 onions, 2 tomatoes, 6 cashews, and 6 almonds, which are good for heart and brain health.

6

Boil water in a pot and add the onions and tomatoes to it, removing the skin from the tomatoes after about 10 minutes of cooking.

7

Once the tomatoes are cooked, strain them and remove the skins, then cool them down with some cold water.

8

Transfer the cooled onions and tomatoes to a grinder and blend them into a fine paste.

9

Heat a non-stick pan and add 1 teaspoon of olive oil, allowing it to warm up.

10

Add the marinated chicken to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until the chicken releases its water.

11

Once the chicken has released its water, add the prepared paste of onions, tomatoes, cashews, and almonds to the pan.

12

After cooking, remove the lid and add chopped fresh cilantro on top.
