1/4 cup moong dal
1.5 cups water
2 tablespoons poha
2 dried red chilies (optional)
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped tomato
1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
1/4 cup grated carrot
2-3 chopped green chilies
1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
salt to taste
2 tablespoons chopped coriander
1/4 teaspoon chaat masala
1 teaspoon eno fruit salt
1/2 tablespoon oil

Wash 3/4 cup rice and 1/4 cup moong dal 2-3 times.

Soak the washed rice and moong dal in 1.5 cups water for 4-5 hours.

Add 2 tablespoons poha and 2 dried red chilies to the soaked mixture.

Transfer the soaked mixture to a grinder and add water gradually while grinding to a smooth batter.

Add 1/4 cup water to rinse the grinder jar and mix it into the batter.

Add 1/4 cup chopped onion, 1/4 cup chopped tomato, 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper, 1/4 cup grated carrot, 2-3 chopped green chilies, 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder, salt to taste, 2 tablespoons chopped coriander, and 1/4 teaspoon chaat masala to the batter and mix well.

Add 1 teaspoon eno fruit salt and mix again.

Heat a tadka pan and add 1/2 tablespoon oil.

Pour 1-1.5 ladles of batter into the pan and cover it to cook on low heat for about 2 minutes.

Check if the top is dry, then flip the dosa and cook until both sides are done.
