For the buffalo sauce, roughly chop hot peppers and 5 cloves of garlic, and add them to a saucepan with a little water.

For the blue cheese sauce, mix 60 grams of blue cheese, 1 heap tablespoon of mayonnaise, and 4 teaspoons of kefir together, adding drops of lemon to taste.
