Black Pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp
Baking Soda - 1/4 tsp
Oil for frying
Garlic - 1 tsp
Ginger - 1 tsp
green Chilli - 1 tsp
Onion - 1
Capsicum - 1
soy sauce - 1 tbsp
Red Chili sauce - 1 tbsp
Tomato Sauce - 1 tbsp

Cut the leftover Idlis into bite-sized pieces.

In a bowl, mix cornflour, all-purpose flour, salt, black pepper powder, and baking soda.

Coat the Idli pieces in the flour mixture.

Heat oil in a pan for frying.

Fry the coated Idli pieces until golden brown and crispy.
