1 small green chilli small
1/2 cup big onion cubed
1/2 cup capsicum cubed
oil to deep fry
1/4 cup maida
1/4 cup cornflour
1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
1/4 tsp pepper powder
salt to taste
water as needed to make batter
1 tsp soya sauce
1 tsp red chilli sauce
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1/2 tsp kashmiri chilli powder
1/4 tsp pepper powder
1 tbsp water to deep fry
1/2 tsp cornflour
1 tbsp water

Deep fry the batter coated Idli cubes until golden brown.

Prepare the sauce by mixing soya sauce, red chilli sauce, tomato sauce, kashmiri chilli powder, pepper powder, and salt with water.

Toss the fried Idli cubes in the sauce along with chopped garlic, ginger, green chilli, cubed onion, and capsicum.
