Open phyllo pastry and leave it on a kitchen towel covered with a damp J cloth.

Crack 3 eggs into a bowl and lightly beat them.

Add milk, yogurt, and sour cream to the eggs and mix well.

Add baking powder and salt to the mixture and mix again.

Preheat the oven to 190-200°C (mark number 6).
