Boil peeled ground nuts for about 5 minutes.

Blend the boiled ground nuts with 1/2 onion, 1 leek stalk, and 1 habanero pepper.

Heat oil in a pot and sauté pre-cooked beef until golden brown.

Sauté chopped onions until fragrant.

Add blended groundnut paste to the pot and bring to a boil, letting it simmer until it thickens.

Rinse the blender with about 1/2 cup of water and add to the groundnut paste, stirring occasionally to prevent burning.

After 3-5 minutes of simmering, add meat stock, smoked fish, seasoning powder, and salt to taste, stirring everything together.

Add beef to the mixture to tenderize further and let it simmer for another 3-5 minutes.

After about 3 minutes, add crayfish and garlic paste, stirring everything up.

After cooking for 10-15 minutes, add washed bitterleaf and stir delicately to combine.

Add more crayfish if desired and ensure everything is well combined.

Set the pot of ndole aside and sauté washed, seasoned shrimp for about 3-4 minutes before removing from the pot.

Slice onion rings and place them over the ndole, then pour the hot oil used for sautéing the shrimp over the onion rings.
