Instructions
- 1Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
- 2In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger, garlic, lemon juice, cumin, coriander, turmeric, red chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- 3Add chicken pieces to the marinade and coat well. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- 4Soak skewers in water for 20 minutes to prevent burning.
- 5Thread marinated chicken, bell peppers, and onions onto skewers alternately.
- 6Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- 7Brush the grill with vegetable oil to prevent sticking.
- 8Place skewers on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and has grill marks.
- 9Check chicken doneness; it should reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
- 10Remove skewers from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
- 11Serve with a side of dipping sauce or salad.

Instructions

- 2Add the makhana and roast them until they are golden and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
- 3Sprinkle the peri peri spice mix over the roasted makhana and toss to coat evenly. Remove from heat and let cool.
- 4In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped onions, tomatoes, and coriander leaves.
- 5Add the cooled peri peri makhana to the mixing bowl.
- 6In a separate bowl, mix the yogurt with lemon juice and chaat masala. Stir well to combine.
- 7Pour the yogurt mixture over the makhana and vegetables, and gently toss to combine.
- 8Season with salt to taste and mix well.
- 9Garnish with chopped green chilies if desired.
- 10Serve immediately as a snack or appetizer.
