Cut 300 grams of boneless chicken into small cubes and place in a bowl.
Add 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1.5 tablespoons yogurt, 1 tablespoon tikka masala, 0.5 teaspoon garam masala, 0.5 teaspoon salt, and 0.5 teaspoon black pepper powder to the chicken.
Mix everything well and marinate the chicken for 10 minutes.
In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon butter and 1 tablespoon oil over low flame until melted.
Add 1 finely chopped medium onion and 2 finely chopped green chilies to the pan and sauté until the onion is soft, about 1 minute.
Add the marinated chicken to the pan and cook on medium to low flame until the chicken is cooked through and the water has evaporated, about 2-3 minutes.
Once the chicken is cooked, add 1 tablespoon flour to the pan and sauté for 1 minute to remove the raw smell of the flour.
Add 0.5 cup milk to the chicken mixture and cook until it thickens and leaves the sides of the pan, about 2-3 minutes.
Transfer the mixture to a plate and let it cool completely.
Roll out 400 grams of puff pastry on a floured surface to a thickness of 1 centimeter.
Cut the rolled pastry into pieces using a cutter.
Fill each piece with the cooled chicken mixture and fold them into squares, sealing the edges with a fork.
Brush the tops of the patties with beaten egg yolk and sprinkle kalonji seeds on top.
Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the patties for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
