Add 12-15 slices of dried coconut and 1/4 cup of roasted chickpeas.

Add 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon of red chili powder, 1 teaspoon of cumin powder, 1 teaspoon of chaat masala, 1 teaspoon of amchur powder, 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder, 1 teaspoon of black salt, and 1 teaspoon of regular white salt to the mixture.

Add 1-2 teaspoons of oil and mix everything well to ensure the spices stick to the ingredients.

Add dried curry leaves to the mixture.

Transfer the mixture to the air fryer basket and insert it into the air fryer.

Set the air fryer to 150°C and roast for 18-20 minutes, checking and tossing the mixture halfway through.
