Cut small portions of the prepared dough for frying, sprinkling with flour if sticky.

Heat a skillet and add 1 tablespoon of butter and 1 tablespoon of olive oil to prevent burning.

Let the butter and olive oil melt in the pan.

Fry the dough portions until golden brown on one side, then flip to fry the other side.

Add more butter or olive oil as needed while frying.

Once golden brown on both sides, remove the Toutons and drain on paper towels or parchment paper.

Prepare a fried egg to serve with the Toutons, cooking it medium and cutting into the Toutons to show the inside.

Prepare small pieces of dough for the deep-fried Frozis, ensuring not to overcrowd the fryer.

Heat vegetable oil in the deep fryer and drop in the small pieces of dough.

Fry the Frozis for a couple of minutes, flipping them as needed.

Remove the Frozis from the fryer and drain them.

Sift cinnamon and icing sugar over the Frozis for serving.
