Form ground beef into a patty weighing about 250-300 g.
Add spices: lemon pepper, garlic, paprika, Cajun powder, salt, and black pepper to the beef.
Cube onion and mix it into the beef mixture.
Shape the beef into a patty, making it slightly larger than the final size to account for shrinkage while cooking.
Preheat the grill and place the patty on it.
Cook the patty for about 3.5 minutes on each side until medium doneness.
Slice the burger rolls in half and spread butter on both sides.
Toast the buttered rolls on the grill until crispy.
Prepare jalapeno cheese to place on the patty when it's almost done cooking.
Once the patty is cooked, place the cheese on top and close the grill to help it melt.
Assemble the burger: spread Miracle Whip and BBQ sauce on the toasted rolls, add onions, and place the patty with melted cheese on top.
