½ tsp garam masala
¼ tsp chaat masala
½ tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
½ tsp lime juice
½ tsp salt
2 tbsp coriander (finely chopped)
2 tbsp corn flour
2 tbsp all purpose flour
½ cup water
¼ cup bread crumbs
1 cup breadcrumbs (for coating)
oil (for frying)
3 tbsp mayonnaise
3 tbsp tomato ketchup
3 burger bun
few slices tomato
few slices onion
pinch salt
pinch pepper powder

Prepare the vegetable patties by heating oil and butter in a pan, then adding cumin seeds, ginger, and green chilli.

Add chopped carrot and finely chopped beans to the pan and sauté until soft.

In a bowl, combine boiled and grated potatoes with cumin powder, garam masala, chaat masala, kashmiri red chilli powder, lime juice, salt, and chopped coriander.

Mix the sautéed vegetables with the potato mixture and form into patties.

Prepare the slurry by mixing corn flour, all-purpose flour, and water in a bowl.

Coat each patty in the slurry and then in breadcrumbs.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the patties until golden brown on both sides.

Assemble the burger by spreading mayonnaise and ketchup on the burger buns, adding the fried patties, slices of tomato, onion, and cheese.
