2-3 tbsp fresh cream
Freshly chopped coriander
1 tbsp dried fenugreek leaves
1 cube of butter
2 dry red chillies
1 cinnamon stick
1 black cardamom
4-5 green cardamom
4-5 cloves
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp asafoetida
4-5 tbsp of mustard oil
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
