100 gms Fresh Curd (well beaten)
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
½ tsp Salt or as per taste
2 tbsp Coriander Leaves
1 tsp Vegetable Oil
½ cup Fried Onions (Birista)
5 nos. Dried Kashmiri Red Chillies
1 tbsp Coriander Seeds
1 tsp Fennel Seeds (saunf)
1 Cinnamon Stick
2 Green Cardamoms
3 to 4 Cloves
½ tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
½ tsp Peppercorns
1 medium size Onion (sliced)
4 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
Water wherever required
4 Green Chillies (whole)
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
Salt (as per taste)
½ cup Coriander Leaves
