Chebab

3 cups flour
1 tsp yeast
milk powder
water
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup sugar
2 eggs

In a bowl mix dry ingredients and pour little warm water or milk. Whisk until smooth.

Add the rest of the water to make a mixture a bit watery, similar to American pancakes.

Let dough rise for 1 hour.

Heat a pan. You might need to use a little oil at first, later on fry the pancakes without adding oil. Pour butter into the middle of the pan, it will enlarge itself. Cook over medium heat. Flip and cook on the other side.

Store the pancakes on an open plate, with a tsp of butter or samin on top of each.

Once you finish frying all the pancakes, serve them immediately or cover them with a towel and close with a lid.
