Add chopped spinach to the yogurt mixture; stir to combine.
Finely chop green chili and garlic; add to the mixture.
Season with cumin, salt, and black pepper; mix well.
Finely chop onion and cilantro; fold into the raita gently.
Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
