For the topping, mix together evaporated milk, condensed milk, coconut milk, and white sugar, then pour over the cassava mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45-60 minutes until golden brown and firm.
Check doneness by inserting a toothpick; it should come out clean.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
Cut into squares and serve warm or at room temperature.
