Make a spice mix with 2 tablespoons salt, brown sugar, powdered sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, ginger powder, and cayenne pepper to taste.
Cut the nori sheets into three equal bits and then cut them in half.
In a bowl, mix 100 grams of readymade tempura flour mix with 150 milliliters of cold water until slightly lumpy.
Dip the shiny side of the nori sheet into the batter and place it in a deep fryer at 170 degrees Celsius (338 degrees Fahrenheit) for 2-3 minutes until crispy.
Remove the nori from the fryer and sprinkle the spice mix on both sides.
Dice the avocado into small cubes and add lime juice to coat.
Prepare the salmon by slicing it lengthwise and then dicing it into cubes, then chop it to desired texture.
Mix the salmon with lime juice, soy sauce, and sesame seed oil.
Assemble the canapé by placing the crispy nori on a plate, adding coriander leaves, avocado, salmon tartare, and sriracha hot sauce, finishing with Kewpie mayonnaise and chopped chives.
