Boiled milk-1/4 cup
Cumin seeds-1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/3 tsp
Cumin powder-1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder-1/2 tsp
Cooking oil-2 tbsp
Salt to taste or 1/2 tsp

Heat cooking oil in a pan.

Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.

Add chopped cucumber and sauté for a few minutes.

Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, and salt; mix well.

Pour in the boiled milk and stir to combine.
