4 cucumbers, cut into small pieces
1 big onion, sliced
2 small tomatoes
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
few cumin seeds
4 green chillies
few curry leaves
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
salt, as required
1 tablespoon oil
3/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
few coriander leaves

Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, split green chillies, and curry leaves.

Fry for 30 seconds, then add sliced onion and fry until it changes color.

Add ginger garlic paste and fry until the raw smell disappears.

Add tomatoes and cook until they get tender, adding some salt and a little water.

Once tomatoes are smooth, add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and black pepper powder.

Mix well and add cucumber, then mix again. Add a glass of water and cook on low flame until cucumber is tender, adding salt and coriander leaves.

Cucumber curry is ready.
