Add 2 finely chopped onions and some curry leaves, then add 2 chopped green chilies and a little salt; sauté well.

Add 1 teaspoon of ginger garlic paste and sauté until the raw smell goes off.

Add 2 medium-sized tomatoes, ground, and cook well for 5 minutes until the raw smell goes away and oil separates.

Add 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder, 2 teaspoons coriander powder, 3/4 teaspoon chicken masala powder, 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder, 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder, and 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder; lower the flame and sauté for a minute.

Add 250 grams of chicken kheema and mix well; add a pinch of cardamom powder, close with a lid, and cook for 5 minutes on low flame.

After 5 minutes, add 1 cup of water and salt to taste; mix well, close with a lid, and cook for 10 minutes on low flame.

After 10 minutes, when the water has reduced and the chicken is cooked soft, add 1/2 teaspoon butter and 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder; garnish with chopped coriander leaves, mix well, and switch off the stove.
