De freeze the sausages by keeping them at room temperature.

Take a frying pan and boil water.

Once the water starts to boil, add in the sausages and boil for 5 to 7 minutes if pre-cooked, or at least 10 minutes if not.

Grind 10 to 12 peppercorns.

Strain the water from the cooked sausages.
