1 egg
½ cup heavy cream (118 ml)
1 onion (medium size)
1 teaspoon salt (5.69 g)

1 ½ cup tomato juice (355 ml)
1 teaspoon caraway seeds (2.10 g)
¾ cup sour cream (160 ml)

Remove cabbage core

In a large pot bring water to a boil

Place cabbage in boiling water

Reduce heat, cover and simmer until leaves become soft (about 20-25 min)

Take out the cabbage from the pot and let it cool

Peel and chop an onion

Mix ground beef with egg, heavy cream and chopped onion

Slowly pull off the soft cabbage leaves

Lay a single leaf down, add meat mixture, make a roll

Place rolls in large deep dish baking pan
