1 whole cabbage
sliced potato

3 cups water
2 blended tomatoes
1 teaspoon Arabic mixed spices
2 tablespoons olive oil

Add 1 teaspoon mixed spices, 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon cumin, 1/2 teaspoon ground black lemon, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, and 1/2 teaspoon paprika powder.

Add 2 tablespoons tomato paste to the mixture.

Add 1 1/2 cups Egyptian rice (washed and soaked for 20 minutes), chopped green bell pepper, chopped coriander leaves, and salt to taste.

Add 3-4 tablespoons lemon juice and 2 tablespoons pomegranate molasses, then mix well to prepare the rice filling.

Blanch 1 whole cabbage in boiling water for 5 minutes.

In a separate bowl, mix 3 cups of water, 2 blended tomatoes, salt to taste, 1 teaspoon Arabic mixed spices, 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper, 2 tablespoons tomato paste, 1 tablespoon pomegranate molasses, 3 tablespoons lemon juice, and 2 tablespoons olive oil.

Pour the sauce over the cabbage rolls in the pot.

Cover and cook for 1 and a half hours on medium to low heat.
