Fill a large mixing bowl with warm water and soak long rice noodles or bean thread noodles for 10 to 15 minutes until softened.

Heat a frying pan with a little oil.

Chop half an onion and add it to the pan, cooking it down slightly.

Open and add the corned beef to the pan, cooking it down.
