1 teaspoon black salt
1 teaspoon cumin powder

1 tablespoon Kasuri fenugreek
2 pinches red food color
2 tablespoons mustard oil
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
juice of 1 lemon

Clean the chicken thoroughly and soak it in a mixture of water, salt, and vinegar for 20-25 minutes.

In a bowl, mix ginger garlic paste, hung curd, coriander powder, Kashmir red chili powder, regular red chili powder, garam masala, black salt, cumin powder, turmeric powder, black pepper, and salt.
