2 green onions
1 red bell pepper
1 medium carrot
2 cups broccoli florets
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons sesame seeds

Press firm tofu to remove excess moisture for 15-20 minutes.

Cut the pressed tofu into bite-sized cubes.

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, maple syrup, and black pepper.
