2 tablespoons ghee
1 large dried bay leaf
7 green cardamoms
7 cloves
2 inch cinnamon stick
1/2 teaspoon whole cumin seeds
2 whole green chilies (optional)
coriander leaves (a handful)
1 teaspoon salt
