Cover the rice with hot water and salt and let it sit for 30 minutes.

Marinate the fish with salt, pepper, and seasoning.

Heat oil in a large pot and deep fry the fish, then set aside.

In a food processor, blend onion, garlic, parsley, basil leaf, hot peppers, and green pepper.

Cut carrots small and add them with green beans.

Mash the tomatoes with a bit of water and mix in the tomato paste.

In the large pot, heat oil and add 2/3 of the onion mixture; stir-fry for a few minutes.

Add all the spices and one bouillon cube, then add the mashed tomatoes and mix well.

Add all the vegetables starting with carrots and green beans; fry for a few minutes.

Add remaining vegetables like cabbage, potatoes, sweet potatoes, and hot pepper; sprinkle with salt and cover for a few minutes.

Stir well and add 2 cups of water to let the vegetables cook well.

Once the vegetables are cooked, remove them all and add the fried fish; cook for 5 minutes.

Remove a small amount of the tomato sauce for the sorrel sauce.

Cover the tomato sauce with water.

For 1 kilogram of rice, use 2 liters of water; add the remaining onion mixture and bouillon cube if desired.

Bring the soup to a boil and wash the rice until the water is clear; add the boiling soup and mix well.

Cover and let it cook for 15 minutes, then flip the rice and reduce heat to low to finish cooking.

In a small saucepan, add okras, hot peppers, sorrel leaf with water and cook; blend together with the reserved tomato sauce and salt to taste.

Serve the rice with vegetables and sorrel sauce.
