350g Tofu
140g Broccoli
1 Dried Red Chilli
Half Red Pepper
3 Cloves Garlic
5g Ginger
1 Tbsp Honey
2 Tsp Sesame Seeds
2 Tbsp Chilli Sauce
1 Tsp Shaoxing Rice Wine
1 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce
1 Tsp Rice Vinegar
1 Tsp Sesame Oil
1 Tsp Sugar
7 Tsp Cornflour
Salt to Taste

Finely chop the garlic, ginger and chilli.

Cut red pepper into bite-size pieces.

Cut broccoli into bite-size pieces.

Cut tofu into bite-size chunks and place into a bowl.

Add the honey, chilli sauce, sesame seeds and 2 Tbsp of the cornflour into the bowl, gently stir and mix well.

Combine the remaining cornflour and 40ml water into a bowl.

Heat 2 Tbsp oil in a wok over medium heat.

Place the tofu in the wok, fry until golden on all sides, remove from wok.

Heat another Tbsp of oil in the wok.

Place ginger, garlic, chilli, pepper and Shaoxing rice wine, stir-fry for 15 seconds.

Add 40ml of water and bring to the boil.

Add broccoli, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt and sesame oil. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Pour the cornflour mixture and stir-fry for a minute.

Add the tofu and stir โ€“ ensure an even coating.

Transfer to a dish and serve.
