8 oz udon noodles
1 lb chicken breast
1 lb flank steak
1 lb shrimp
1 cup sliced water chestnuts
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup Mongolian barbecue sauce
2 tablespoons garlic chili sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup water
