1 cup yogurt with active lactobacilli cultures
1/2 cup lactose powder
1 tablespoon bread yeast
1/4 cup sugar
2 cups warm water

Collect beef milk as a substitute for horse milk.

Mix a spoonful of yogurt with some lactose powder to help convert lactose into sugar.
