1 medium onion, chopped
2 cups elbow macaroni
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional)

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until the beef is cooked through. Drain excess fat.
