Add 2 eggs and vanilla extract to the mixture.

Mix in all-purpose flour, cinnamon, and salt.

Add oats to the mixture.

Fold in raisins.

If the batter is sticky, refrigerate for about 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.

Bake for about 9 to 10 minutes.
