Dust pork shoulder cubes in flour.
Heat vegetable oil in a large pan and brown the pork in batches, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan.
Cook cremini mushrooms in butter for 4-5 minutes until softened.
Add chopped onions, garlic, and carrots to the pan with mushrooms and cook for about 3 minutes until onions are soft and garlic is fragrant.
Add black pepper, paprika, cumin, and coriander to the mixture.
Pour in 1 liter of beef broth and 1 cup of water, then stir in tomato paste.
Add the browned pork cubes to the pan and cover.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for about 90 minutes until pork is tender.
Stir in full-fat sour cream and chopped dill and parsley before serving.
Serve over buttery mashed potatoes.
