Divide the dough into pieces and shape into S or figure-eight forms.
Place shaped buns on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Let the buns rise for an additional 30 minutes.
Brush the tops with beaten egg and add raisins for decoration.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
