  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil for marination
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. 1In a blender, combine coriander leaves, mint leaves, yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, lemon juice, and salt. Blend until smooth to make the marinade.
  2. 2In a large bowl, mix the chicken cubes with the marinade. Ensure all pieces are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  3. 3Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat.
