How to Make Sweet & Tangy Sugar-Free Keto Barbecue Sauce

Instructions
- 1In a medium saucepan, combine the tomato sauce, apple cider vinegar, and water.
- 2Add the Worcestershire sauce, mustard, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper (if using).
- 3Stir the mixture well to combine all the ingredients.
- 4Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a simmer.
- 5Once simmering, reduce the heat to low and let it cook for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 6Taste the sauce and adjust seasoning if necessary, adding more salt or spices to your preference.
- 7Remove the saucepan from heat and let the sauce cool slightly.
- 8Transfer the sauce to a jar or container and refrigerate until ready to use.
- 9The sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

- 6Place the ribs on the grill bone-side down.
- 7Cook the ribs for 2-3 hours, turning occasionally, until tender.
- 8Brush with additional barbecue sauce during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
- 9Remove the ribs from the grill and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- 10Serve with extra barbecue sauce on the side.
