110ml - Cold water
2 tbsp olive oil
1 pc Onion, minced
4 cloves Garlic, minced
500g Ground Beef
2 cups Potatoes, diced
1 cup Carrots, diced
1 cup Celery, diced
1/2 cup Raisins
3 tbsp Soy sauce
1/2 cup Bell pepper
1 cup Green peas
1 cup Parsley
1 tbsp dried Oregano
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Salt & Pepper to taste
Mozzarella Cheese
1 egg
1 tbsp milk
