2 tbsp butter
1/4 tsp salt

Add all ingredients into a non-stick sauce pan.

Cook on medium heat. Stir the mixture constantly. It will bubble in about two minutes.

Continue to stir until liquid content has reduced, about 7 to 8 minutes.

Drag a spatula through the batter, across bottom of pan. If bottom of pan stays visible, the cooking is done.

Transfer batter to a plate that has been coated with butter. This ensures batter can be lifted off easily later. Set this aside to cool to room temperature.

Grease hands with butter.

Scoop up heaping tablespoon of batter and roll into a ball. Then dip it into cocoa powder, sprinkles, or other flavoring of your choice.
