1

Place 2 cans of sweetened condensed milk (about 800 grams) in a medium bowl.

2

Sieve 50 grams of cocoa powder over the condensed milk to prevent lumps and mix with a whisk until smooth.

3

In a medium-sized pot, melt 50 grams of butter over medium to high heat.

4

Pour the condensed milk and cocoa mixture into the pot with melted butter and return to the stove.

5

Cook the mixture, stirring with a wooden spoon, for about 5-8 minutes until it boils slowly and can be scraped from the bottom without sticking.

6

Remove from heat and optionally sieve the mixture again to ensure smoothness.

7

Pour the mixture onto a plate and cover with cling film to prevent a skin from forming, then place it in the fridge to set preferably overnight.

8

The next day, remove the cling film and prepare a small dish with vegetable oil to grease your hands.

9

Use an ice cream scoop to portion the mixture, then roll it into balls with oiled hands.

10

Drop the balls into chocolate sprinkles and shake the bowl to coat them evenly, shaking off any excess sprinkles.

11

Repeat the rolling process until all the mixture is used.
