1

Put sweetened condensed milk, milk chocolate, dark chocolate, and stable cream in a small pot.

2

Turn on the stove to medium heat and start mixing everything without stopping.

3

Once it starts to get thicker, reduce the heat a little and keep mixing.

4

To check if it's ready, take a little bit with a spoon and turn it; if it flows too much, it's not ready yet.

5

Once it's ready, mix it a little and transfer it to a container to cool down naturally for around 2 hours.

6

Prepare a container with water and a plate with sprinkles.

7

Wet your hands with water and take a little bit of the brigadeiro with a spoon to make a ball with your hands.

8

Roll the ball in the sprinkles to coat it evenly.

9

Place the brigadeiro in small baking cups.
