4-5 Dry Red chillies
1 Glass Water
3 tbsp gram flour
Pinch of artificial color
1/2 tbsp dry red chilli powder
1 Medium Onion
1/2 Cucumber
1 Medium Tomato
2-3 Green Chillies
1 cup boiled yellow/ white peas
1 cup boiled potatoes
1 packet wai wai noodles
1/2 cup bhujia
1/2 cup roasted chana
1/2 cup roasted peanuts
1 tbsp mustard oil
Handful coriander leaves
1/2 lemon juice
Salt as per taste
1 tsp red chilli powder

Prepare the Chatpate masala by grinding coriander seeds, cumin seeds, and dry red chillies together.

In a pot, boil water and add gram flour to make a sauce, stirring until thickened.

Add a pinch of artificial color and dry red chilli powder to the sauce and mix well.

Chop the onion, cucumber, tomato, and green chillies finely.

In a large bowl, combine boiled yellow/white peas, boiled potatoes, chopped onion, cucumber, tomato, and green chillies.

Add bhujia, roasted chana, and roasted peanuts to the mixture.

Drizzle mustard oil and squeeze lemon juice over the mixture.

Season with salt and red chilli powder to taste.
