1/2 tsp fenugreek seed
1/2 tsp turmeric
3 Tbls brown soybean
2 Tbls sesame seed
2 Tbls roasted peanuts
2 medium size tomatoes
8 pieces red dried chilies
1 tsp LAPSI powder
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
2 Tbls oil
1 tsp cumin seed
2 cups water
