Let it sit for 8 hours in a warm area, near a heater if necessary.

Add vanilla flavor to the mixture and mix until combined.
Transfer the yogurt to the fridge to chill for a couple of hours before serving.
After chilling, check the consistency again; it should be thicker than before.
Serve some yogurt in a glass and taste it.
Transfer some yogurt into freezer bags for storage.
