Measure out 1.5 pounds of cauliflower (about 6 cups).

Add 1/2 cup of almond flour, 2 tablespoons of ground chia seeds, 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1/4 cup of nutritional yeast to the bowl.
