How To Make Cauliflower Pizza Crust

Take a small head of cauliflower and shred it using the large side of a shredder to get a crumbly texture.

Measure out 2 cups of shredded cauliflower (from one small head).

Grate 1 cup of fresh parmesan cheese using the smaller side of the shredder.

Combine the 2 cups of cauliflower and 1 cup of parmesan cheese in a bowl.

Preheat the oven to 400°F.

Heat a pan on medium-high heat without any grease or oil for about 5 minutes.

Add the cauliflower and cheese mixture to the hot pan and cook for about 8 to 10 minutes, stirring after 5 minutes to merge the ingredients together.

While cooking, prepare a bowl lined with paper towels to absorb excess moisture from the cauliflower.

After cooking, transfer the mixture to a bowl and let it cool slightly before patting it dry with more paper towels.

Prepare a cookie sheet or pizza pan with parchment paper.

Add 1 egg to the cauliflower and cheese mixture, along with garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning to taste.

Mix the ingredients with your hands until well combined.

Shape the mixture into a pizza crust on the parchment-lined pan.
