Cauliflower pizza crust is a popular alternative to traditional pizza crust, often favored by those seeking gluten-free or low-carb options.

4 servings
Servings4
½ head cauliflower
1 cup almond flour
2 eggs
¼ cup mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon garlic granules
½ teaspoon salt
¼ cup gluten free flour
1

Preheat oven to 350 F.

2

Cut the cauliflower into small florets. Using the grating blade on a food processor, grate the cauliflower and measure out 2 cups. Or use pre-made cauliflower rice.

3

Put the cauliflower rice in a large bowl and add the almond flour, eggs, cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic granules, and salt. Stir to combine. Add the gluten free flour one tablespoon at a time and mix in. The dough should be sticky and very moist.

4

Lay a piece of parchment paper out on a large cutting board and place the dough in the center. Place another piece of parchment paper on top of the dough. With a rolling pin, roll out the dough into a 12 inch circle. Remove the top piece of parchment paper and discard. Slide the dough and the bottom piece of parchment paper onto a large baking sheet.

5

Bake the dough for 12 to 15 minutes or until the edges are just lightly browned. Top with pizza toppings and put back in the oven for a few minutes.
