Mix all ingredients until well combined, ensuring egg, cheese, cream cheese, and seasonings are evenly distributed.

Spread the cauliflower mixture onto a baking tray lined with foil in an even layer.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes until slightly golden brown.

Remove the tray from the oven and let the cauliflower cool enough to handle.

Set a colander over a bowl and line it with paper towels.

Transfer the baked cauliflower to the colander and press down with another paper towel to remove excess moisture.
